These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Goodsly website and the purchase of products from goodsly.store. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Where an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate; in the rare event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order.

3. Payments

We accept online payments via UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For COD orders, the full amount is payable in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Online payments are processed securely and an order is confirmed only once payment is authorised (or, for COD, once the order is verified).

4. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines, along with tracking details, are described on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery as described on our Returns & Refunds page. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, designs and product photography — is the property of Goodsly or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodsly shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
